What is Leadership Design Theory?
It is the art of designing with what you already have and who you already are in order to build upon what is already great. Creating an environment of leaders who are innovators, influencers, culturists, creatives, and change-makers who can design masterful solutions for the issues and institutions of our day.

Culture. Providing diversity, equity, and culturally inclusive training that will allow you to move from the status quo to a future-forward impact. We believe we must be effective, capable, and culturally aware leaders who have an authentic desire to lead, serve, and cause real change to take place in our systems, institutions, and communities.
